The Great Escape
On 2nd July 2018, 12 members of the Wild Boars football club and their coach Ekapol 'Ek' Jantawong were found alive deep inside a cave complex in northern Thailand where they had been trapped for over a week after a flash flood. The news was intially greeted with joy, but bringing the boys – aged between 11 and 16 – out alive would be a huge challenge. In issue 32, Carol Adlam told the story of an extraordinary mission.
