In April, Harriet Tubman was announced as the new face of the $20 bill. Having led hundreds of slaves to freedom via the underground railroad in the 19th century, the African-American abolitionist will become the first woman to appear on a US banknote in more than a century.

But how well do women fare in other currencies? We crunched the numbers for this infographic, published in DG #23.
