Every quarter we assess the arboreal cost of celebrity journalism – by tallying the number of trees felled to bring the UK some of the gossip magazines’ most fatuous stories. In DG#29 we discovered that in November 2017 alone, a total of 36 trees were pulped to tell the nation very little at all about the members and associates of the royal family…
