Delivery Update COVID-19
At the moment UK delivery seems to be continuing relatively undisturbed by the coronavirus pandemic, but we do expect some slight delays around the country.
We send out international orders using Royal Mail International Delivery, and the service is currently facing disruption due to postal restrictions and changes to shipping methods.
The most up to date advice can be found on Royal Mail’s International Incident Bulletin. Please use this resource to see how the pandemic is affecting delivery to your area
Europe – we have been advised that Royal Mail will move from airmail to road delivery, so there is a possible delay of up to 10-12 days for Europe deliveries
Italy – there are considerable delays to deliveries to Italy at the moment, and some areas are are not accepting any deliveries. Please see the specific advice for your area on the Royal Mail website here.
US – Air mail is no longer an option for deliveries to the US, so all orders will be shipped by boat. Deliveries to the US will now take between 2 and 12 weeks.
